Since I began as a professional wrestler in 2002, nutrition became the one area of his fitness that was a focus. In that industry, aesthetics is everything but performance was not as important. As I became a personal trainer in 2011, the focus was on becoming a more "performance"-based athlete. Switching nutrition plans to reach different goals has shown me how important it is that each person is different and everyone has different goals and needs a different plan. I have studied many of the different diets and wish to pass on my knowledge to you, so that you may find the same success in your health and wellness that I have.
