Welcome to my blog! I will use this section to add some insights to what the Mandini Method is all about, as well as, including some useful information you can take to improve your health and wellness.
I've been through plenty of meal plans. I've spoken with and signed up with numerous health coaches and programs. Very few asked me anything specific about me. While there are some constants about the human body, each person reacts differently and requires specific tailoring to meet their goals. Someone training to be an olympic weightlifter will not and should not have the same program as someone training to run a 5K. At the same time, two different people training to run a 5K should have different training and nutrition plans. There are numerous variables that need to be considered. One person may respond to a strict regiment while the other may need something fluid to accommodate a busy work schedule. One person may have specific health conditions or allergies to be considered while another may not.
Getting to know you, and what makes you special, is what this is all about. Each program definitely has value and good points to retain and use but it comes down to the fact that each person is unique and their training and nutrition needs to be treated as unique.
